Is there a way of getting my i-pod back onto factory settings? there isn't a master reset and the other resets on the menu are pretty poor........

Within the untilities disk you get with the Ipod, there is software that lets you do a factory reset on the device. This will format it and install all the Ipod software that it requires. This is covered in detail on http://www.apple.com/support/ipod101/hel... . This should solve your probs. Hope this helps

Use a small hammer to hold down the menu button and pause at the same time while screaming the following

"Reset you stupid bugger!"

yeah hold the menu button and the middle button at the same time til it resets

well if you meen crash the entire ipod and like start from scratch it a setting on i tunes
