Let me modify what Michael S said above, Bangalore is an international airport but is not having flights from Manchester landing there.

You should get to Mumbai or Delhi from there you can have many flights operating to Bangalore. From Mumbai and Delhi, the air travel time to Bangalore are 1 hr 25 mins and 2 hrs 30 mins respectively.

There are no direct flights operating between Manchester and Bangalore (or any city in India for that matter!) British Airways will be the best option for you via London and they have economy class fares starting from GBP 410 + taxes GBP 125 approximately (if purchased in India). Your routing will be MANCHESTER / LONDON / BANGALORE / LONDON / MANCHESTER and flight operates all days of the week. You could also check with your local travel agent or airline if they have any cheaper fares saleable at your end. Remember, the sooner you book your tickets, the better! If seats run out in the lower categories, you may have to pay a higher fare.

As many have already mentioned, there are no direct flights from Manchester to Bangalore. However, direct flights fly to Bangalore from London (British Airways), Frankfurt (Lufthansa), Amsterdam (Northwest/ KLM), and Paris (Air France).

Bangalore airport does not have international flights - only local, from Mumbai, Calcutta, Delhi, Mangalore.
So you have to take plane from London to Mumbai or Delhi, and from there take plane to Bangalore
