I need help losing weight, i have about a 3-4 month time frame and whats the best and !!!!fastest!!!!! way or thing i can do/use to lose weight

If you have the money, weight watchers is great! They explain everything to you, you weigh-in every week. You get a points counter, and even one for exercising.

If not....you just have to watch everything that you eat! Watch your portion sizes, eat anything low-fat, fat free, or sugar free. Drink everything diet.....and you should still exercise. Drink plenty of water, watch your alcohol intake.

The Healthy Choice and Smart Ones dinners are really great. Just don't snack in between meals!

You need to make time to do something active every day. Run, bike, hike, play sports, etc. Also try eating better. Eat more frequently but in smaller amounts. Good luck!

ignore what other people say, as hippy as it sounds you got to just eat healthy and feel good about yourself, the weight will fall off if its meant to.
