Also, make sure the temperaure sensor is working properly. This tells the fan to start operating. Don't spend money on a part until you are pretty sure it's tha part that's at fault.
To your question: I can't address the particular vehicle model, but in general, you will probably have to purchase the entire fan assembly. Check with a dealer if a replacement would be sold as a part or as an assembly. My bet is that they will tell you it comes as an assembly.
I expect that even a junk yard (dismantler) will also sell it that way. If it is a yard that allows you to pull the part yourself, you might be able to pull the electric motor separately. Still, I gotta ask: Why bother? The motor without the fan blades won't be much cheaper.

There can be many things to look for. Check for A fuse, a fusible link, check the temp. coolant sensor, check the fan relay, check all the wiring connections, check the ground wire. All these can lead to a malfunction in the fan. If you have any automotive knowledge, disconnect the fan power wire connector and use jumper wires directly to the fan. If the fan works, check out the rest of what I had mentioned. Use a volt meter and/or a light tester to narrow down the culprit. Also check for 12V feed from the source.

Ok it could be.
Try this first. Unplug the fan and connect it to a 12 volt battery . Does it now work?
Here is some reasons why it is not working
#1Bad Fan Motor
#2 Bad reley
#3 Blown fuse
#4 Bad temp senser
All things will stop it from working

First you need to bypass the fan realy to assure the fan motor is OK. If the bypass shows the fan to run then the fan relay may need to be replaced or the heat sensor on the radiator needs to be replaced. More than likely it is the relay. check you owners manual; or main fuse box for location of the relay.

I agree, plus one could cause the other. If you've got a dead short due to exposed wires, you'll blow a fuse. The wiring will take a while to check. If you have a multi-meter that will help to see if the wires are still holding a complete curcuit. Eliminate everything small first, and if they all check out, then your fan motor(s) are gone and will need replaced.

Check for blown fuses or faulty wiring. If this still does not fix it you may need to replace the fan motor.
