make a note of their ids and avoid playing with them again..report them to yahoo using help button it has link to do so.other then that sit back relax till its your turn..i sometimes join another game and play while waiting on stallers.do not leave the game thats what they want so they can win by ff.

I don't play on yahoo. , but they are every where. I just leave the game . instead of wasting time with them

Usually they are IM's each other so they could cheat I put on private so that their buddies can't come in and watch.
