I can send but cannot recieve winpop messages. Any ideas why and how to fix. For some reason I dont think my computer is showing up on the network, or maybe it just wont accept incomming msgs. Please help

There is no exception for it in your firewall. And just because you can send messages doesn't mean they reach their destination. They can be blocked by a router.

Sounds like your firewall is blocking either the program or the port.
