the majority of my friends are guys and one of them acts really immature whenever i get a boyfriend. the guy i am dating now is friends with all my other guy friends, but one of them (we'll just call him *tom*) all of the sudden says he doesn't like the one i'm dating. he has no legitimate reason...is it just jealousy or what is his deal?

he doesn't like the fact that hes in the "just friends" category. You better set the facts straight with him before his jealousy gets the best of him. You might not see it coming, but it could turn into an ugly situation...

I think your friend likes you more than a friend and the jealousy is showing up by the way of not liking your current boyfriend. It will pass though but if you feel like its brewing into a mess, confront him and ask him what he truly feels.

maybe he is jealous, no different from the way a chik would handle watching a guy she likes dating eh... if he cant handle it tho, he shouldnt hang. even worse, if you know it bothers him, dont invite him when you go out.
why do you think its ok to be on a date surounded by other dudes? unless it would it be ok if your dude wanted to take you on a date w/ all his female friends... so long as a double standard isnt being played, all is fair in love and war.

You already know the answer to that question. For every guy friend that you have (that's straight) he's had thoughts of being with you so that is normal.

he could be jealous but on the other hand....i know from experiance there are just some ppl i just dont like cant explain why but we just dont mix. maybe thats all it is and you're reading into it too much

it sounds to me like he is jealous. Maybe you should talk to him one on one and see what the deal is.
