You need a video card that would support the TV and proper cabling.

First, you need a video card that is capable of sending out a signal that the plasma screen can interpret. Most modern cards will be able to send out either S-video or DVI, and most plasma screens will be able to receive either or both of those as an input.

From there, you need a cable to connect one to the other. Not that big of a deal.

If your graphics card is only capable of putting out an SVGA signal, you're going to need an adapter of some sort. You may be able to find such a cable at a place like RadioShack or BestBuy, but your best option will probably be a converter box. Unfortunately, these can cost almost as much as a new graphics card, so I wouldn't spend too much time trying to convert signal types. It's easier just to get new hardware.

You need a video card with S-video. The card has a round port and the TV has a round port. Get a s-video card - a s-video cord and a TV with a s-video port. You will need to configue the TV with the coputer and you will also be able to do things on your desktop

Most HD Plasma's have HDMI connectors, if you have a DVI output on your computer go to your local electronics store and pickup a HDMI-DVI cable. They range from $15-$100+ depending on length, brand name etc...
