Because when you're young u dont understand when people say things arwe trashy or slutty because they dont yet have the knowledge to know about these things- they simply think they look pretty and dont really understand that there are pedifiles out there that would grab them nor do they understand exactly what image they are portraying. I know b/c i am now 15 but when i was like 10 i dressed slutty because i thought it was fashionable and i lilked how i looked i didnt know any better and my mom thought i looked cute too

It is a sad world, and girls are finding out what they can get by flashing a little skin, and even more by showing off thier little undeveloped bodies.
Sex and skin sales.
Guys will always be guys and look at the skippy and scaddily clad girl, it is our nature. Plus guys are horn dogs anyway! Young or old.
Parents don't care or even relise what thier children wear.(The look the other way sindrome, cause my kids are perfect!)
Society thinks that they are just expressing themselves(they are 12 what do they need to express?)
Fassion thinks it is fine for a little girl to show cleavage, or what little she has.
The world is just feeding the sexual predators and perverts that are out there, no wonder so many little girls and kids get kidnapped and molested!
Society has done it to itself!

Girls (young teenager) are just discovering themselves, and feeling their sexuality and it is natural for them to want to dress as sexy as they feel. Some girls go over the top, parents should be teaching them to respect themselves but it isn't all parenting, our kids have to learn that for themselves too, all we can do as parents is guide them.
And, maybe you shouldn't be looking at them as sluts but as girls, afterall that's all they are

They are too naive to realize that dressing that way will just bring them trouble. It is bad enough that they dress that way, but they talk filthy too, referring to themselves as sluts, b*tches, hotties, etc...

Their parents really should show more concern & set some restrictions.

because they are emulating what they see on television and on the front of "cosmo" & "glamour" magazines.
it's a parent job to remove those inappropriate influences from their childrens view & dress them like little ladies not little ladies of the night.

--Because their parents let them, and don't give a sh!t about what their kids are doing!
--Because the public icon is sex - and sex sells (look at Abercrombie & Fitch marketing THONGS to the under-10 crowd!!!! Or putting a pre-pubescent kid in a seriously skimpy bikini on their shopping bags!!!)
--Because slutty, stupid pop stars (think Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, etc) are these kids' role models.
