they get an email (and don't worry ur identity is not revealed :p) telling me that they have violated the rules...then they get a chance to defend themselves..

if yahoo thinks they didn't really violate the rules, then nothing happens but if they think they violated the rules then the question is deleted..

Then get an e-mail, letting them know there has been a violation with an answer and they are given a chance to defend their actions.
