Nice haircut, it suits you. Punk/rocker makeup is fun because it's about not caring. Lots of bright colors or just dark colors will look very cool. I'd buy up some basics like eyeliner in black, blue, pink, purple and white. Lipsticks in all sorts of colors and an eyeshadow kit with all the colors in it. Play around with it at home and get some cute looks on. Frosty shadows and white eyeliner give a cool futuristic look. Lot's of colored mascara too.

Thats a really cute haircut. If ur semi rocker that im supposing u want to do something bold so im gonna throw this out there. Try a firecracker lipstick with dark eyeliner. NO EYESHADOW!!! just the liner should be enough. I'd stay away from blush thats too bright or cheerful and only use a foundation if its really necessary.
For a more subtle look try a creamy white eyeshadow and some red lookn' lipgloss. Wala, beauty!!

I would say bright pink eyeshadow with fake red eyelashes and blue eyeliner and yellow lipstick. I have some you can borrow.

i would suggest darker color eyeliner and eyeshadow...like dark purple or dark blue or black.
