Im surprised by all the "no" answers. Actually there is an exercise similiar to masturbating that will increase the length and girth. Grab your penis at the base with your thumb and forefinger, grip it tightly. Slowly pull your thumb and forefinger from the base to the head in one motion, as if you were milking the penis. This works best when you are semi hard. Repeat the strokes about 20 or 30 times. Do this once a day for a week. The next week do it twice a day for to weeks. Remember THIS EXERCISE IS NOT TO MAKE YOU CLIMAX. You and your partner will see significant results. I was big to begin with, and it added some nice girth to my tool. Interestingly enough my loads became more potent as well.

the only way that you could increase the size of you penis would be to have a weigh pulling on in constantly for quite awhile and I doubt that it would feel very good. masturbation will only increase the size while the penis is erect.

Only as it goes from flaccid to erect...it won't grow outside the size it normally is erect...and the more you masturbate, the higher your chance of desensitizing yourself so you may find it difficult to climax when you are having sex with a partner...
