Egypt has been in only two FIFA World Cups, 1934 and 1990. In neither they did any good. No African team has actually ever made as far as to the World Cup semifinals.
Egypt has won a bunch of African Nations Cups, though!

EGYPT has never won the World Cup. they have appeared in 2 world cup finals in 1934 & 1990 & finished in the 1st round on both appearance.

Never, sweety no African team has ever won the World Cup, but my country Cameroon has made it the furthest of any other by reaching the Quarterfinals. (see link below first paragraph)

just to let you know, the only team that has ever won the world cup 5 times is brasil.
the only team close to that is italy
no african team has ever won the world cup. but mabey in the future. ghana and cote d'ivore were amazing this year.
