lets give great detail for you shmuck!!! at the end of the lightsaber duel between Luke and Darth Vader,Luke knows he is beaten.so he climbs onto the antenna of the navigational system of the Cloud city controls.Then Vader tells him Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father,and Luke replied,He told me enough...He told me you killed him! And Vader replied NO,I Am your father,Then Luke says NOOO,NOOO Its not true,,,thats impossible,then Vader says search your feelings you KNOW it to be true!!! Then Vader says Join me and together we can destroy the empuror and rule the galaxy as father and son...join me!!! Then Luke..In his own weanie little demeanor..Jumped off..He should have joined Vader!!! Empire

"Luke, I am your father." is from STAR WARS V, when Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader fight on the planet, Bespin on a small city ( that hovers about 15-16 miles above land) called Cloud City. that particular sentence is about 3 sec. after Vader cuts off Luke's hand with his lightsaber.
