This would be a dream come true if I could become a well known singer. I need your help to help me realize if I really can or can't. I just want my dream to come true, that's all. I would love to be standing next to my favorite band as their opener. I don't have a drummer, guitarist, basist, or a keyboardist. So hopefully I am not screwed. I have an electric guitar but, I don't know how to play it. :-I So PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

for starters, you can LEARN TO PLAY THE GUITAR YOU OWN. why have one if you can't play it? it isn't that hard.

Here's the deal, the industry is fickle. Talent is not always necessary. But if you want to work for it start going to shows, local shows. Find the venues, meet the people that work there, if you can't do that at least start meeting the people that frequent the place often. Learn how to play your guitar... if you want it bad enough you can teach yourself, lessons may go faster though. A "good" singing voice is all relative in the music business... work on it though, singing lessons if you can afford it, if not just make sure you can sing on key. Not perfectly, just able to match the key of the singer you are listening to. If you are waaaay off, don't like the sound then you might need to find a singer to be with you in the band, OR you could go the hardcore route and scream for your songs.
The key to getting anywhere is knowing people. Get involved in your music scene, be on a street team for a venue or a local label or a local band. Anything to meet people with similar music tastes.

Now let me get this right,...you want us to put our lives on hold to help "YOU" realize "YOUR" dream. We see what's in this for "YOU"....but what about us?....what about our dreams? Why is it "ALL" about "YOU"? Why are "YOU" anymore deserving of help than the rest of us? Have you ever given up your time and part of your life to do this for someone else? If not...then why do you expect from others what you yourself don't do? As you have already noticed,...most band musicians also sing. You have a guitar...and you can't play. You probably can't even read music either,..right? If most good musicians do their own singing, ....why do they need you? You can't play...you can't read music,...and you have no voice training, no stage experience and perhaps only "THINK" you can sing. So what do you have to offer them....your dreams? If you had spent more time working hard at learning music and an instrument, and less time "DREAMING" you might be of some use to a band. Again....what's in it for these guys to help want to take you in? They have their dreams also,...so do we all,..and helping "YOU" ain't in "OUR" dreams... and yours ain't more important than our own.

It's very possible to learn to sing well. You just need to know the right methods. Learn here https://bitly.im/aL9fw

Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.

Whether you sound like crap or you're decent, I recommend this singing course. It's one of the best methods to learn to sing well in a short amount of time. It's all about using efficient techniques that work.
