You might be allergic to latex...the stretchy material in there. When I wear my sports bra over 3 hours I feel death coming on. Only wear them for a short time and then set your babies free.

Are you heavily endowed? Because if you have a large chest, it may be too much weight for your shoulders to support. I can imagine you have lower neck pain as well. Get a size higher than that you would normally get. Try them all on, jump around in the fitting room. Make sure they're comfortable before you spring to get one. They're kinda pricey!

Don't wear a bra it all, they're far too uncomfortable. I'd rather not subject myself to rashes and itchiness just so I can be "perky."

make sure it has an underwire to help lift so that your shoulders arent carrying it all

sounds like you need to get the right sized bra. your better department stores (macy's, nordstrom's can help you with the size)
