web where i can send free international texts?

No "free" text serives, computer to phones have been available for quite some time. Origionaly, the technology for sending (and dealing) with the SMS service, was "money for old rope".In computer, and technology terms. The phone companies charged for sending out texts, from a phone, as it was mobile phone "airtime" and usage, but incoming, they dont charge, anymore than can an incoming call, as they dont origionate it. As the popularity of texting grew, this was seen as very valuable income, and hence, BOTH ways of sending/recieving were seen as Cash, and Revenue, and became "sewn up" by the mobile companies, so no sites had the ability, or Want, to offer "free" texts, "TO" mobile phones anymore.
You will see an abundance of sites saying free texts, on google, like, buy five, get one free, sign up at ? a month...Give Lots of personal marketable info, get one free text, etc. They trade on the rememberance of the many genuine free pc to phone text sites, as WERE.
No longer Available. Certainly not International. (its Big money!)

If you mean texts via your mobile phone, I would be very surprised if such a a service existed due to the complexity of the message going through so many countries' networks, and would love to know about it too!
If you mean texts via the internet, all the major providers - Yahoo, Google, MSN, SKYPE, etc - provide this service free via their chat clients.
