i completly agree with brian dawkins, he can drill someone and easily knock them out cold. let alone someone without any pads on or someone that isnt a football player. he could definantly lay a hit on someone.

While I think Urlacher is the better line backer and could take you down from anywhere on the field, I would say Ray Lewis because he is a bit more aggressive and his head on hits are tough, plus he wouldn't pick you up and pat you on the back like Urlacher he would just insult you.

Dawkins....the hardest hitter in the NFL. Ray Lewis might try to murder you and get away with it but he hits like a girl. He just gets to the ball and makes tackles.

All of those guys lay the wood and hit with the force of a ton of bricks !!!
But I'd rather be tackled by Troy, cause chances are I'll be able to get up after he hits me... I used to play QB

I have to agree with John H, Dick Butkus was an absolute animal. Really drove through a ball carrier.

Rather not be tackled by Lewis. He's the most compact of all of them.

Dick Butkus, and Jack Lambert tougher than all of them. These greats are who you would not want to be tackled by.
