okay, if i were to talk in front of a large crowd, somtimes i would feel like everyone was judging me and turn red-faced. if i could change anything about me it would be this. sometimes it could be 2 people looking at me and this fear would come to mind. definitly not all the time - usually only when i think about it. its the fact that i know i easily blush that makes me blush...its a sad loophole.
is there any ideas of overcoming this?

The best way to overcome any fear is to face it and practice the uncomfortable activity or behavior until you feel comfortable with it. If talking in front of people makes you anxious, keep doing it over and over and don't give up. Eventually, over time, you will become comfortable with it. Its called incremental adaptation and humans are the best incremental adaptors on this planet. We can adapt to just about anything. Here is an example: Cross your arms and note which arm is on top. Now cross them with the other arm on top. Its confusing and uncomfortable at first but if you keep doin it gets easier and easier. If you do it often enough, eventually, the old way will feel uncomfortable.

I have the same problem sometimes. I don't feel intelligent enough to speak in front of a crowd about anything other than the bible. So, I guess you would be at your best about a subject you feel qualified in. I used to blush until I had a son who embarrassed me so much I tell people he broke my blusher. Don't take life so seriously would be my advise.

You will get over this.Don't worry about what other people may or may not think about you.Develop a relationship with your Higher Power. This is a power greater than you.Mine is Jesus Christ. And he is my best friend. He walks and talks to me were ever I am or whatever I am doing. It's not as crazy as you think, quite the contrary it really dies work.BELIEVE!!! Shyness is not anything to be upset over.Read some self help books,at Barnes and Noble next time you go and buy one they have also helped me.

Oh my gosh! I have the same problem...even if I am talking to one person and they are looking at me kinda funny, like I have something weird on my face, I blush. It's so aggravating!

if you have a problem when talking in front of large groups of people then always do research on the topic you are going to talk on. chances are that no-one else know more about it then you.and try confidence building too.good luck
