Any one got any idea about loreal toner...for 20 yr old gal...i bought 2 of dem today....AGE PERFECT AND VISIBLE RADIANCE..sounds and looks to me for someone in mid age...

What are you trying to do with it? What color is the hair you want to put it on? it will only work on hair that is already blonde. it is designed to work with bleached hair, to eliminate the brassy gold and yellow tones.

If it has alcohol or witch hazel in it, it's not for anyone...all these do is dry skin out, irritate it, and cause it to produce more oil.
