That's really not very tall. I suspect you are worried about something else. Men like ALL women, unless they're gay.
I'm 5'11", and I get plenty of attention. Now, if I was 5'11" and 250lbs that would be a different story...

Yes, I'm the same height as you and often wear heels so can hit 6 ft...I get hit on by guys who are 5 ft tall, lol!
