Is there a way to email or txt to a phone that has Cellular South?

I know that using yahoo IM I can txt someone to their phones from my computer but only to certain users! I want to be able to txt or email someone on their phone that has cellular south.

If you use AIM enter +15555555555, except replace the fives with the phone number, but dont forget the one.
