I don't think a little time on the computer is wasting my life. There should be a time set aside for relaxing and this is relaxing for me. I'm curious about what other people have to say and maybe somewhere along the line I can help someone with their question. As long as you don't take it too seriously and get angry or hurt over something said.

I thought initially that this was going to be a rather unique site and crude things wouldn't be asked. Not that I'm a prude or anything but if I want to talk about sex or private things I will discuss them with my lover and not the world. However that said I think that for some people it is fun to try and answer some questions and/or seek some answers anonomously. When people get into trouble and begin wasting their lives on this site is when it begins to consume them. Or when people start using this site as a dating service, that's not it's intention. Nor is it to be used for e-mailing strangers. I believe it is just a novelity right now that has people asking questions (for the most part) for fun and entertainment. I know not why I am answering questions but here I am. Hope that I answered your question.

No, not really. Are you learning anything? If you are, then you are not wasting your life. Are you just answering to get points? Then this is the wrong attitude. True it is fun to get points to keep you coming back, but it also fun to answer questions and to question answers.

Heck, yeah. I am just here because I am bored.

I think that some people here just want answers to help them with their lives, but those that keep questioning life rather than living it are just wasting their lives.

I answer the serious questions as best I can and hope they help someone out.

Sometimes answering a silly question is just too irresistible though.

No, you can learn from them and help others learn from the answers you share. That's one way to look at it.
