I used to live in Beirut! It is sad seeing places on the news that i knew and where my friends lived. Luckly we have had contact from some of our friends. Lebanon is such a beautiful place. They just finished readoing it since the last war! They bombed close to where my old house was!

It's so sad... I was there in May to visit some my friends who go there for Uni.
But don't worry, Lebanon and the Lebanese people will get back on track with an even more beautiful country

It is a shame about beauty being destroyed, but in the hopes of building it to be bigger and better, If the lebanese government can stand up to the horrors known as hezbollah then maybe it could have been easier........its a shame that because no cease fire would ever work, there is more damage to come...................

It is a tragedy. If there were no Hezbollah there, there'd be no Israelis. Thank Iran and Syria for the mess.

I feel really bad for them, Israel should be punished for there aggression, and we americans should stop supporting Israel. with millions of dollars from american tax payers!
