Get out more. Go out to the movies with some friends or something...pick up a hobby, play a sport, do something. Don't just sit around wasting your life! Do something good with it!

Things you should focus on:

1. Are you getting enough sleep? Make sure you are well rested (8 hours minimum)

2. Are you eating well? Laziness often results from a lack of sugar. The brain needs a lot of sugar to function properly. But that doesn't mean you should eat candy bars. Eat fruits. The complex carbohydrates in fruits such as apples, bananas, pears, etc. will help your body have a viable energy source in your body with lots of nutrients.

3. Are you eating a balanced diet? Too much red meat can be hard for your body to digest. This means increased blood flood in the digestive system which means oxygen is not getting efficiently disbursed throughout your body efficiently.

4. Are you exercising enough? When you exercise (running, swimming, biking for an hour on average) your heart beats faster and thus increases the flow of blood (which carries oxygen) through your body faster.

5. Are you getting enough oxygen? Monitor how you breathe. Take deeper breaths of fresh air to increase the oxygen that goes into your body. Avoid pollution and try to breathe fresh outdoor air as often as possible.

6. Are you getting enough light? Try to be exposed to natural sunlight for least an hour per day if not longer.

7. Are you hydrated? Drink plenty of water to keep yourself refreshed. Hot weather can make suck out the water in your body. When there is not enough water in the body, one tends to get lazy. If you feel that you are thirsty often, increase the amount of times you drink water everyday.

8. Could you be stressed? Too much stress could lead to depression. In times of stress, it is a very good idea to see a psychiatrist to have a professional that can help you better prioritize your thoughts.

Everyone goes through normal boughts of depression. The same thing happened to me when I was a sophomore in highschool. I just..one day felt better. If you want to feel better as fast as possible, talk to someone about it. Tell your mom or dad how you feel, maybe see a therapist, maybe just try and figure out what changed that made you feel this way.

it sounds weird but it may just be the weather, in the summer you have less of an appetite and since you don't have any school work you probably are just really bored and lazy...or you could be going through a bit of depression or have mono, go to your doctor for a check-up and see what's wrong

It sounds like you have lost motivation and at your age that is not rare. You are trying to find who you are and where you fir into this vast world. Try talking to your mom or your counsler at school they know you better than we do and can maybe help you get back on track and find the source of your confusion and what caused you to lose yourself.

Eat good, exercise, sometimes that will help not make you so sleepy, bored, or out of it. Some times just going out and doing something fun will help.

I would advise a visit to the GP.

You may be aneamic and they can tell that by taking a blood sample. If you are they can find out the reason why and help.

Let us know how you get on!

Sounds like you might be depressed. I suggust talking to your parents and getting to the doctor. Your family doctor might suggest that you talk to someone or might prescribe medication. Get some help.
