I don't care if you like it or not, question is does not girlfriend like it? If she likes to be watched while pooping then it's consensual and nothing wrong with it. However if she doesn't like it, if she's putting up with it just because she doesn't want to piss you off, or if it's some kind of secret fetish of yours that you know will bother her, then you should get some kind of therapeutic help.
