I have had two miscarriages this year (8 months apart actually) & we still want a child & I'm at high risk for miscarriages.
I had my doctor run some test on me & she has found that I have a Thyroid problem & a mutation of my enzymes. Because of that, I'm on Thyroid medication & she had me double my prenatals. You might want to talk to your doctor.
You are lucky though, at least you have a child, we have been trying for over 5 years.

Yes it did happen to me.
and I would ask your Dr. or nurse first.
If you had recenly lost a baby in miscarry by getting pregnant too soon can be hard on your horomones and also you need time to heal.
Yes I was high risk as well. Prenatal vitamins are extra vitamins for your body that the baby can take away.
Yes I did want another child.
Would you like for me to pray for you? and if so then contact me offlist.

I am so sorry for your loss. If u really want another child then i don't see any reason why u shouldn't. I don't think it really helps that u are taking prenatal vitamins, but if u do get pregnant it will be good for the baby that u are aready taking them. I would take folic acid also. It helps with a baby's development in the 1st week after conception. Good Luck

I have had MULTIPLE miscarriages.
1) have them do a COMPLETE work up on your blood to see if you have anything chemically wrong.
if you do then naturally you take care of those things.
mine ended up being testosterone too high, thyroid too low.
being on prenatals prior to pregnancy is a good thing to do with any planned pregnancy especially if you are high risk.
I'd wait a while before trying again, give your body time to heal and your doctor time to find the problem.
What my ob/gyn did was ordered the same test they would order if you were to go to a fertility specialist....my ins. covered it ordered by her but wouldn't by a fertility specialist.
And yes I'd want one...like I said I've had mult. miscarriages, and STILL want another one...i just find it harder to connect with the pregnancy early because I know it's a chance, but don't stress too much that can cause it too!

I've had three miscarriages so far am at high risk... right now I'm 6 weeks pregnant and am confident because I'm seeing Maternal-fetal medicine specialist, your OBGYN should be able to refer you to one. Hope this helps, and good luck!

it ought to be implantation bleeding, the place the egg attaches onto the uteran wall. once you're apprehensive call you OB and that they'll see you suitable away. i could bypass the ER with the aid of fact they're well-known Drs and does no longer be plenty help, except you think of your existence is in threat.
