hypothetically, let's say you saw someone coming out of row of bushes from about thirty feet away--you might be able to tell if they were wearing a tuxedo or something recognizeable, but as far as facial features? It would be kind of blurry right? Height? Hair/eye color? You wouldn't be like dependably certain would you?

Just wondering.

Depends on your vision. Some folks can recognize faces from incredibly long distances.

First of all I'd wonder what someone was doing in the bushes. Anyway, in general you might know who it was; you would recognize body language and clothing worn to give you clues on who it was, but at that distance you would be unable to see eye color or actual detailed hair color. I have pretty fuzzy facial recognition, I may have met someone before but when I see them even from 10 feet away I have not recognized them. This has happened many times and it is the way I am. Other people are very clear at it.

30 feet is too far away to tell difference between people who are much alike (facial).
Just tell 'm it was your twin brother who's now in prison.
