While the following instructions are meant for outside, they may help here, as well:

Since perfume, hair spray, hair tonic, suntan lotion, aftershave lotions, heavy-scented shampoos, soaps and many other cosmetics attract insects, they should be avoided. Avoid shiny buckles and jewelry. Wear a hat and closed shoes (not sandals). Don't wear bright, colored, loose-fitting clothing, which may attract and trap insects. Flowery prints and black especially attract insects.

Most important -- don't panic. Swatting, swinging, arm-flapping, etc., just annoys the insect and brings it in contact with the person, causing it to strike out by stinging.

If you truly feel the child is in danger from an *extreme* reaction, such as anaphelactic(sp?) shock, you need to contact her doctor as soon as possible and have him proscribe something such as an Epipen to have on her at all times. If this can not be done right now, you may want to consider having her stay at a friend's house until the nest is removed. Good luck!!

If you can see the spot where they are gaining entrance to your apartment... a small hole or gap around a window... use some paper toweling to plug the hole and kill the remaining intruders. I work as a maintenance tech for a large PM company in Mi. I'm appalled that the manager didn't send someone over to help you immediately with this matter! Also... keep your Air Conditioner running... the cooler temperature will make the bees less likely to sting. Hot temperatures tend to make bees and their cousins, the wasps and hornets, more aggressive.

I suggest you get your daughter out of the area entirley while spraying the nest with a trigger type spray for the bees/hornet nest .These wasp/bee killer spray cans can be bought at Lowes or even the grocery store.
This spray helps so much since it can spray up to 10-15 ft away --it is very helpful in getting rid of these pests==and after you know for sure you got all the bees remove the nest.
I would also save my receipt and give it to my landlord -for him to reimburse you.
Hope this helps-

Be possibility-free, commence taking a teaspoon of your honey daily. this can better than in all probability stop your hypersensitive reaction to wasp stings. i'm particular it is going to save you from having a reaction on your bees. One man or woman in my family individuals replaced into allergic to bees/wasps and had a kit with a needle in it to carry round. He all started talking interior of sight honey and after some months, were given stung without reaction. Now he's not any longer terrified of bees.

Make sure you have an Epipen so in case she does get stung you can give her the shot of Epinephrine...My mom is allergic and she makes sure to always carry her Epipen in case she gets stung because sometimes it takes to long to get to the hospital.
