Just moved down from Alaska and need the cool climate because of my Lupus. It is too hot where I am right now!
Also VA Hospital near by (75 Miles) and small town is prefered.

The Upper Peninsula area of Michigan is beautiful in the summers -- but the winters are harsh (way more than 10 inches of snow). The temp rarely tops 80*F in the summer. I don't know of any place that consistently has 65 degree temps in the summer. If it exists, I want to live there too! It is 100+*F where I live right now. I hate it.

I live in Blowing rock, NC we get lots of snow and It gets about 85 tops here in the summer (up on the parkway) below that its gets pretty warm.

maybe san francisco because they get summer fog but it still gets hotter than 65
and there is no snow there
