The girl that sang it (I can't remember who they were but I know it was a rip-off of the Jackson's Can You Feel It) explained in an interview that she was talking about dropping a house on somebody's head just like the wicked witch of the east in the Wizard of Oz.

I remember hearing on a radio interview that it meant a black eye. However, the writer of this geocity website seems to think that it means either 'what's she going to look like in a bodybag?' or that it's something to do with adultery.

I was told it had many explanations. A black eye was one. Another was a neck brace. I guess its whatever you want to take from it.. I think I will go with the neck brace. I like the idea of that better. :-)

Exactly what it says. It is enquiring how a person of the female gender is going to appear with a smoke-stack on her person. Makes perfect sense to me.
