Here's are a few visuals:
a) a two-car garage
b) half a tennis court (from the net to the serve line)
c) a peewee-league baseball infield diamond
In terms of a hotel room, yup that's big; sounds more like a hotel suite to me.

460 square feet is 21. 44 feet by 21.44 feet. You find this by finding the square root of 460.
