Today we talked on the phone for a couple minutes and I said "you sound busy so I'll let you go." He totally switched to nasty and started said "I'll let you know if I'm busy sh*t for brains..." and then he started yelling at me saying the f word a lot and calling me an f-ing moron twice... We have been together almost a year. Sometimes he goes off for no reason. I wasn't trying to be snotty, I really thought he was busy. Then he is saying MY actions are ruining the relationship and yells at/lectures me for twenty minutes just to stay on the phone. I don't get it I love him but I don't know if I'll ever be good enough or do the right things for him.
And today was the day I got my biopsy results and he never asked or mentioned it.

It sounds like he's taking your words in a very different way than you meant them. Instead of asking what you meant, he gets insecure and yells at you. This is NOT something you deserve. If you feel this is a relationship worth salvaging, then talk to him about how his name-calling and yelling hurts you. If things don't improve, it may be time to end this relationship.
Better to be alone, or better to be in a position to find a healthy relationship. Good luck. :)

its not becasue of u he could have been in a bad mood but im sure u did nothing wrong that is kinda of wrong for him to do that u should talk to him about ti and tell him how u feel about it let it all out

well it sounds like to me u need to get out of this relationship because he could possible hurt u one of these times i know my step dad was like that towards my mom so get out as soon as possible
