A fantasy online draft pick should be pretty quick not fifteen minutes like in the NFL Draft. I would say no more than 10 minutes for sure because most people already know who they want on their teams. Their favorite players

for an offline draft, at least 90 seconds for the first and second round because there are more players on the board and tougher decisions to make.
as you get towards the later rounds when all the quality players are off the board and you're picking a 3rd or 4th wide reciever, one minute should be long enough.

Each round should be 90 seconds. They have all the tools in front of them to queue some of their needs and then pick the best available player on their turn. Realistically, the first 4 rounds should go by very quickly, but the owners need that extra time in the later rounds to find the not so obvious picks...

5-10 Minutes at the most, unless somebody is out of town. If everybody is able to get ahold of it shoudln't take more than 5 minutes. I did the offline draft last year and it took about a Week.

Well, that's not too much of an issue, at least in my League's. The first 3 or 4 rounds tend to go pretty quick because everyone knows that name of the players they want. After that, we usually get annoyed if someone takes more than 30-60 seconds to choose a player (yeah, we're brutal!).

half a day.. probably...
I did one once and the commish just called us up when it was our turn.. thats if we were taking to long to pick or we didnt notice if it was our turn... did the first 5 rounds like that.. then had a online draft for the rest....
got to think about people who are busy with work and can't come online...
