not childish at all.. me and my husband went and we don't have any kids. there's even jokes that kids wouldn't get.. GREAT MOVIE... 2 THUMBS UP!!!

My husband and I took our kids to see it when it first came out. We all liked it a lot (except my 3 year old daughter, she was a bit bored). It isn't childish, but appeals to kids because it is animated. Actually has a great story, there are some funny parts. All in all, definitely worth watching.

I saw the movie with my brother lightning McQueen was racing for the pistion cup and all 3 of the race car had a tie so they then had another race in california and lightning got lost his Truck who take him everywhere was sleeping and pushed a button and lightning got out. so he went to a different city and made a mess. So he had to stay there and clean it. Everyone was mean to him but at the end everyone liked him and when he went back to win the pistion cup the mean racecar pushed the other racecar to the side and the other racecar was sort of broken lighning could of win but he decided to help the racecar who got into the accident and the mean racecar won.

I liked it! It truly is a little bit of all 3. But if u go see it, I think u will like it too!

Like most movies of this type, it has a lot to keep youngsters involved, yet keeps adults interested with more subdued adult (not x-rated, just adult) humor.
Pretty good entertainment, actually....
