I tell my partner almost everything - there are some things that are better off not said. I tell him all things that are related to our relationship, but if they are not related such as what friends tell me in confidence etc then no I do not say a thing. A good example a couple we were both friendly with are having problems and I talk to the wife but do not tell my partner what she has told me because allows him to talk to the husband freely and vise verse. I don't feel I'm hiding anything just being a good partner and friend.

Yea, keep telling yourself that if it helps. There's going to be a time that you won't tell him something, and it will happen more & more because he's going to do that to you if he hasn't already. Being totally honest and talkative is not a trait of the male species. Communication is great and a necessity for relationships to last, but telling everything don't fit in the picture, because he can turn it against you to his advantage. Take it from someone who found out the hard way. Enjoy it while it last.

Its better to tell everything cause if you hide something and then he finds out, you are totally screwed.

Of course he know everything. He knows every kiss, crush, date.It better he knows rather than someone esle telling him. If he finds out on his own he'll asume your hiding something.

No,there are certain things that i keep to myself don't get me wrong i love my husband and we have an open communication.the reason why i keep certain things from him because in an event of an arguments he might use that against me and am sure he is not telling me everything.am caution of what i tell him and what i don't tell him.
