how do u switch employers with the H1B visa?

does anyone know how the process of resigning from one job, starting a new one work with an H1B visa holder?

you cant do it. The H1-B is for a specific position at a specific company, and not transferrable. The only thing you can do is re-apply for a new visa for the new job.
