Definately. I love the night time extra magic hours. That was Walt Disney's favorite time in the parks too, and when the vast majority of the guests are out of the park there are barely any lines even in the most popular attractions. Actually, the wait to get the wristbands is probably longer than the wait on most rides. You have up to an extra 3 hours before or after the regular schedule. There are hardly any screaming kids and at night most people are so tired from walking all day that they don't want to spend any more time out of their hotel room. Not all the restaurants and shops saty open however so you might want to check on those. Also, you need the park hopper option on your ticket to enjoy extra magic hours at a different park you were in , or you can time it so they match up, but the morning and evening ones are different.

It is definitely worth going. You have to consider that the parks will reduce from every single person that can come to the parks in the Orlando area, to only those people staying onsite at Disney. While there are a ton of rooms onsite at Disney, it isn't even close to the amount of other rooms in the area, on top of people that live in the area, etc.
The best thing to do is try it and see if you like it. But I think that you will find it is really nice, most of the time you can walk right on things. But, it also depends on the time you will be going. You could be going during a busier time when it will still be pretty crowded during the extra hours, or you could go during a slower time when you don't notice much difference.
It definitely helps to reduce the times though, if you can make it, up late, you should definitely try going.

Oh yes, I remember our first night at Epcot there last summer... we barely had to wait in any lines. Many people have to either leave the park, except for Walt Disney World Resort Guests. The only thing is that not all attractions are left open for the Extra Magic Hours, but most of the big, well-known attractions are. Yes, though, I think they reduce the wait time.

Absolutely! Just remember you have to stay a a Disney Resort.
There are Extra magic Hours both in the morning and the evening, so you can either get up early or stay up late, each day has a different park featured for the morning and evening.
Check out this site for more information regarding EMH.

YES! Depending on the time of year, sometimes there isn't even a line at some of the rides. One visit we were able to get off of Space Mountain, walk around to the entrance and get right back on. We've had the same thing happen at several other rides since - the evening Value Hours are our favorite times to ride! (The morning Value Hours are also quite good, and we've been able to do the same thing then sometimes, but the evening ones are often even less crowded.)

Oh most definately. Also it seemed like around 6 o'clock the parks started thinning out. There was relatively no wait in the evening.
During the day, take advantage of the "fast pass" system. If you do it right, you'll never have to wait for any of the popular rides. It took us two days to figure out a system that works though.

they do no longer distribute FastPasses in the course of the better Magic Hours. somewhat, you do not choose them. considering that better Magic Hours are merely open to Disney motel visitors, the strains have a tendency to be a lot shorter. Even the most everyday rides will many times have a wait time of 0.5-hour or a lot less.

Yes, but you have to be willing to stay up very late. I found that the Early Morning hours were a lot nicer. It was cooler and not as crowded.
