Nothing - your belief should keep you safe and according to Christian teachings, you will eventually be at home with your Savior.
Other religions also believe in something beyond the here and now so as long as you truely believe and live this life as a good person not trying to hurt anyone or anything else, you have nothing to be afraid of.
A famous politician once said "the only thing to fear is fear itself". Or something like that.

That would depend on what god you believe. If you have a true christian belief, then there is nothing to fear as long as you have accepted Jesus as your saviour and repented. Of course, that doesn't mean that you won't be scared at times, but as my mother's favorite saying goes "Let Go and Let God"... it really helps, but can be tough to do!
If you don't believe in God, then depending on what religion you do believe/belong to, if any, you may want to talk to the equivalent of a minister because "earning your way to heaven" is certainly something to be scared about in my opinion!
