If they took the time to develop opinions based on logic and compassion then most people have a reasonably empathic intelligent view on the world. Unfortunately we are more inclined to acept leadership and be good consumers when we are unsettled so the media polarises issues, creating climates of fear and making independent thought unpopular..
That is not to say people are victims to this; anyone can think, it's just that many choose not to as long as their life is OK.
So no, the majority is often misguided.
God what a cynical answer lol!

Heck, no! The majority of this population is lacking major knowledge and is really ignorant to a lot of common sense things anyway, so I'd say that it depends on who's in the majority.

There's safety in numbers, especially for us wabbits! The movement of the mob is useful sometimes - it makes it easier to find those that are not a part of it.

If you mean "right" as in the truth, no. I'm gonna get a philosophical on you here. The truth is different for each individual. It is how they percieve something. So therefore, yes and no. :)
