Both names are nice. Omar means 'long life' If you are trying to be Islamicly correct, instead of Hakeem, you should name him Abdul Hakeem since Hakeem is one of the 99 names of God. Hakeem means wise. I dont know what Omar means, however, Omar is more popular.
