While I have great empathy for Palestinians there is no reason for Hezzbolah to attack Israel citizens the way it does. If the UN decided California writefully belonged to Mexico and ordered it turned over to the Mexican government (hypothetically) I would be inclined to fight for my property and life as it is....but I would not attack the citizens of Mexico or Californi in that pursuit. Imagine....how it would be if your country was uprooted by an International Body?

These people are just ignorant. They believe that Hezbollah has been attacked by mean, bullying Israel. They need to understand that Hezbollah attacked first, killing 8 Israeli soldiers and kidnapping 2 more. They weren't expecting Israel's retaliation to be as fierce or extensive at it has been, but all they do is hide behind the innocent Lebanese people, using them as human shields. They conduct their terrorist activities in civilian neighborhoods, so that's where the artillery is aimed, and that's how civilians are killed. Unfortunately, the Lebanese are even less educated than most of the people in here and think Hezbollah is protecting them from the Infidel Israelis, when they started this conflict in the first place... likely at the behest of Syria.

This is what you need to know to understand Hezbollah. First they believe themselves to be the victims. They track every injustice they experience and blame the agents of Satan, namely Israel and America. Then they try to do two things: (1) improve the situation of their families, and (2) transfer some of the pain to Israel so they will know what pain feels like. They see themselves as the good guys. And what the West calls terrorism, they see a warrior that will not be defeated. So every form of violence is justified, no matter how horrible.

Hezbollah is a Lebanese umbrella organization of radical Islamic Shiite groups and organizations. It opposes the West, seeks to create a Muslim fundamentalist state modeled on Iran, and is a bitter foe of Israel. Hezbollah, whose name means “party of God,” is a terrorist group believed responsible for nearly 200 attacks since 1982 that have killed more than 800 people, according to the Terrorism Knowledge Base. Experts say Hezbollah is also a significant force in Lebanon’s politics and a major provider of social services, operating schools, hospitals, and agricultural services, for thousands of Lebanese Shiites. It also operates the al-Manar satellite television channel and broadcast station.
Maybe now they will understand!!

You have to look at the whole picture. Hezbollah is attacking Isreal because they stole the holy land from the palestinians way back when. They hate Isreal so they portray them as the bad guys. Dumb people might also hat eisreal for no reason.

This entire scenario was played out in the United States 125 years ago during the Indian wars. A displaced indigenous people fighting for their place on earth. Things might have turned out differently in this country had there been TV and radio at the time. If you want some insight into today's events, study our own history. History. It all goes back to the Zionist movement and taking away what Palestine had for two millennia. There's a lot of resentment in Middle East towards Israel because of that. They see Israel as the one that started the mess and all others as the underdog.
