One in the bush (that's the negative for her, remote, lonely, already done it) where she knows people (+) and it'll be a stable job (+)

or

One in a beautiful tourist town (+) that's her dream town (+) but it's not certain if its a stable position (negative) and she needs to work at the same job for a while (big negative).

Which one?

The second one.

It can be scary to take risks, but if you don't take an occasional risk you're not really living. I think working at the same job for awhile would be a positive actually because it would mean the income would be stable and she would get really good at her job and probably meet a lot of new people. The more people you meet, the more job opportunities are opened to you...so to me, that's a positive.

She should take up the second job as she likes that, the negatives can be turned to positives that depends on her ability.
