it's like you take out a piece of paper and you can draw on it vertical or horizontal then you draw a tree on the paper and all this kind of stuff then afterwards the teacher tells you that if you did this or that to the drawing this is your personality

It sounds like what you are talking about is some form of graphology test. Graphologists believe that handwriting or any other form of drawing can relate many personality traits.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to give you an exact name because there are a variety of kinds of graphology and tests based on them. This is called Busy Work to keep students occupied. A Rorschach test would be better.
