I believe you eat or you have eaten (or you've eaten) are correct. But I'm not 100% sure.

You can go play after you eat.
or
You can go play after you have eaten.
Both are correct, but they are expressed in slightly different "voices". The first is closer to a command, i.e. "First, EAT, then PLAY!!" The second is more a statement of a future event which will pertain given the performance of a current action, i.e. Playing will occur in the future given that eating occurs in the present.

You can go play after you have finished eating.
You can go play once you eat.
Have you eaten? Now you can go play.
I just ate, now I can go play.
To answer you sentence correctly it would be "...after you have eaten."
Hope this helps.

Have eaten, since you're wanting the person to have completed the task of eating.
You are indicating a time such that the action of eating has been completed.
