There are several really delicious buffets not to be missed
I have tried the following and found them so good I will go again
Bellagio
The Wynn
The Sterling Buffet at Bally's (requires reservations) This was featured on both the Food Network and Fineliving
Consult the websites for additional information

Stay away from the Rio, lots of mediocre food

The extra low fee buffets have the no longer so good meals, or maybe the costlier ones are not that large. You form of get what you pay for in terms of the buffet...you would be able to get a deal on the hotel you're staying at, however the superb bargains could be in case you joined a gamers club (thats what we did and have been given an rather low fee buffet at Sahara).

I say , WYnn, Belliago and PARIS.. They have Wonderful Buffets that i have been to. I never been to Sterling Buffet at Bally's. The best are Wynn and Belliago as top NOTCH buffets. It is worth ur money to enjoy good eats! Even friendly people and fresher food without laying down all day or NIGHT... They keep chaining over and over to keep the food fresh in cold and hot. Even reasonable prices at these buffets that i choose. I am willing to pay more for a good quality services and the food itself.

Whats more they serve fairly for vegetarians and meat eaters in well balance. I was soo impressed because my friend is a vegetarian and she enjoys many different selections. She was happy that she could overpaid for something really GOOD than lot of other vegan/vegetarian restaurants at large

Excaliburs was good when I went about 5 yrs ago...and pretty reasonable. Downtown Lady Luck's is horrible. A friend recommended Rio's to me, but when we went it was not good. I've never gotten sick from eating at a buffet.

The best buffet is at the Palms, and it is like only $11.99 for dinner and like even cheaper for breakfast and lunch! It has such a variety and it's really good!

I think you may be talking about the Sterling Brunch at Bally's. It's $50 per person and includes free flowing champagne. It's all pretty high end foods: lobster, shrimp, sushi, lamb, steak, and so forth. Usually, you have to make reservations. At least, that's what I've been told.

DON'T EAT BUFFET.........please if you want to risk getting sick, by all means eat at any buffet. Bellagio IS one of THEE best buffets with tons of selection, but in general you should try to steer clear of buffets
