Brian Epstein was obsessed with john Lennon. in 1963 Brian took john on holiday to Spain where he told john about his fantasy's. they didn't have any sexual intercourse but john sort of gave in and allowed Brian to watch him masterbate, once.

This could be just a scurrilous rumour, based on a holiday they took together. None of the other Beatles were invited.
I think that Brian did make sexual advances towards Lennon. whether he responded is more problematical. Maybe his vociferous homophobia was a cover for latent tendencies?
On balance, I think that Lennon was an experimenter, who was quite taken with the suave and comparatively sophisticated Epstein, and did have a brief affair with him.
Epstein always favoured Lennon over the others, he was probably in love with him.

no such allegation was ever made until both epstein and lennon were dead (so that neither could deny the story).
epstein was certainly gay - but far more interested in the beatles as a cultural and economic commodity. he would never have taken the risk of allowing his personal sexuality to interfere with the beatles' myth.
lennon was famously homophobic.
there is no evidence for this story.
there is lots of evidence against it.
