the person who posted the questions answer doesnt count because he cant spell Foley.
Oh and Foley would beat Flair. If it was a hardcore match Flair would most likely leave in a body bag.

that is a hard answer to say because flair was on wwe for a long time and foliey was on ecw for a long time but foliey talks to much around flair back i think flair.

hmm.....Flair is a 16 time champ (but is getting older) and Foley was hardcore champ...depends on the match..regular match: flair, Extreme match: well foley would beat ric into a pulp
