EDDie is almost right - there's no technical reason for it to be difficult provided your network subscription doesn't prohibit it for some reason.

Just use your phohe, write a text message and send to their mobile number.

However, you MUST MUST MUST enter the number as '+' (plus sign - usually avaialble if you hold down the zero key) followed by the Ukraine country code (don't know what it is but google will tell you) followed by the mobile number.

So, if the country code is (for example) 23 and the mobile number is 1234567 you would send the text to:

+231234567

Thats it. It should work.

Depending whether your provider and their provider accept SMS from other countries, all you have to do is type the message, and send to 011+country code+local area code+phone number (note DO NOT use the + sign. It is simply used in my e-mail to reflect what is needed). Enjoy!
