You are perfectly normal! Believe me, its not what is cracked up to be. Stay in school, make good grades, be a great friend to your friends, be loving to your family, and enjoy your youth. Boyfriends come and go so no need getting worked up about it!

YES!! This is perfectly acceptible, and you will find that there are millions of women who can say the same! There is no need to feel like there is anyhting wrong with you or that you should be in a rush to do something because you see it on tv or movies. Be young and enjoy the innocence you still have, most of us old people wish we could have it back. If you ask ANYONE, they will never ever say they wished they had started dating boys at a younger age. They will always say they wished they waited til they were older.

Thirteen is an awkward age. It is perfectly normal to be your age and not have a boyfriend! Some girls develop crushes on boys at your age -- sometimes the boy likes you back and sometimes, he doesn't have a clue! Just be careful with your heart and don't let your emotions rule your life.

Take your time. The right guy will come along eventually.

Yes it's normal, maybe not as common as it used to be but it is normal. Don't rush it sweetie. I was 17 before I had my first kiss. Also, try to keep open conversation with your parent(s) or counselor about boys, sex, etc. When you do have boyfriends in the future, be sure you are prepared for any situation that may arise, such as if you are ready for sex or not, what you will say or do in that situation, and if you decide you are ready, be sure to take precautions.

i have a 18 year old sister and she never had any boyfriends. i asked her why, and she said that the guys suck in her school. it could be just the guys that didn't make a move on you. but personally, i think its too early and you're normal. i'm 13 and i'm not rushing it. focus more on school and friends. boys are for later.

Yes, it is normal. You are not old enough for a boyfriend yet. You are barely old enough to notice boys, and 13 year old boys are not old enough to notice you. You are 13, not 33, you've got plenty of time. What's your hurry?

Of course it's normal...most boys look cute at 13 but they're mostly immature. You'll get a boyfriend soon enough.

Of course. A lot of people don't date until 14, 15 or even 16. Not dating at 13 is not a reflection on your appearence, personality, intellect, sexual orientation, femininity/masculinity, health, maturity or any thing else.

Okay chill out. You're thirteen. Now let me tell you what that means. You were recently twelve. Twelve is nowhere. Therefore thirteen is hardly somewhere, I mean, your first year of being a teen and you're freaking out about needing a boyfriend. Get some self esteem! Be more secure! *sigh*
